Excellent japanese breakfast

The location of this property is perfect. Right next to Nishi market and only a short walk from the train stations and bus stops. There is also a little gyoza restaurant next door which is excellent. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds put away each morning and rolled out each night. The staff we dealt with were excellent.

After a few days, sleeping on the floor looses its charm a little. While it was what was advertised and expected, and the actual beds are comfortable its still a hard bed.

It was perfect! The staff is wonderful and breakfast is unique and tasty. They even prepared for me special gluten-free and dairy-free dishes. The beds are comfortable, and the room is big (we were 2 adults and 2 children). The location is right next to Nishiki market, samurai and ninja museum and close to train. We highly recommend!

Location, location, location! It's 2 minutes walk to the Nishiki Market! And the staff were very friendly! The breakfast was amazing!

First time in Kinparo, it was very satisfactory stay for our family of 5 with three young girls. The location is superb, a few minutes walk to the heart of the city and Gion area. Only one stop by subway from Kyoto station. The Ryokan is quiet and comfortable. The room was sufficiently large for 5 people in beds that were prepared by the staff every day. Breakfast was Japanese style with plenty of choice of many different Japanese food. But also some Western items that were welcome by the girls.

Nothing really. As the ad states the language spoken is only Japanese. Some difficulties in communication with the staff, but nothing critical.

Staff were exceptional.
