SeattleLovely traditional hotel, comfortable beds, nice to have a bathtub. Needed more electrical outlets.
Very nice and spacious room albeit a little dated; very nice bar; great location
Reception staff were not very welcoming. Limited lifts and often full of staff with trollies meaning a long wait sometimes.
Business hotel
No snacks, just water
The location of the property was excellent. The monorail to connect to the space needle was just next door. The main shops are all within the neighbourhood. The staff were all helpful and friendly.
The property has seen better days and is quite dated. The hotel probably could do with some money spending on it and having a refurbishment. The bar area seemed strange and didn’t really know what it wanted to be ie: a restaurant or a hotel bar.
Location.
View from window of air conditioning units and wire was very ugly.
