As expected.

Very friendly staff, central location. Rooms are very nice at this price point. Basic but nice, very clean.

The location is not superb, but really great regardless. Why not superb, is because you still need to take a bus to get to main point of interests in Munich. However, the bus stop is just across from the hotel, bus comes every 10 minutes, and destinations are merely 10 to 20 mins away. If you arrive in Munich International Airport, taking the train will get you to a train station which is only 5-10 mins walking distance away from the hotel depending on your walking pace. With easy path to roll luggage too. There's a beer hall across the street, super markets near the train station. We tried a Vietnamese restaurant 5 mins away and it's brilliant. The receptionist folks were fantastic. Super helpful and friendly. We arrived quite early and they managed to find us a room that's already available. Having checkout time exactly at 12PM (instead of 11 am or more and more common now for hotels or Airbnb...10am!!) is really helpful as well. The room size is quite small, but it's decorated nicely. The bed and pillows are comfy. We had really good sleep. The bathroom shower is good size, and with nice water pressure too. Everything is clean and modern looking, just the way we like it. We're family of four and we feel zero concern walking around the neighborhood at night. It feels like a safe area.

Maybe we should've known if we paid attention to the detail of the place when booking, but be aware that there's no coffee or kettle inside the room. So if you are the type that need coffee or tea as soon as you wake up, when you might wanna bring a thermos or something (you can ask for hot water at the bar next to the reception). There's no fridge either.

Located in a nice area. Close to the railroad station with nice restaurants nearby.
