Explore six hidden beaches in Puerto Vallarta with a local guide. Admire the beauty of nature and swim and snorkel in blue waters.
After meeting your guide in Zona Romantica, take an urban transportation just like the locals do. Get off at a picturesque fisher town and start your hike following the riverbank and the sea. From there, ascend to the tropical forest with some amazing views.
After a short hike through the jungle, descend to your first destination, Colomitos Beach, also known as the smallest beach in Mexico. Take some pictures by the beach before continuing on your adventure to explore more hidden beaches.
As you arrive at your other destinations, grab the opportunity to swim in clear blue waters. If the sea is calm, your guide will take you to a secret place where you can snorkel and observe diverse marine life.
After your refreshing swim break, proceed to your final destination and last beach, Playa las Animas. There, you have the chance to try an incredible local seafood plate before taking the boat back to the fisher town where you will see the bay from a totally different perspective.

Juan was an amazing guide. We had a blast. Just a warning for people, the hike is definitely moderate to difficult in parts.
Beautiful day. Beautiful beaches. Alex was great
Activity was good. We would have appreciated being with someone in the same age group instead of a bunch of teenagers, because we did not hear a lot of what the tour guide said being at the back.
The hike was a bit strenuous in the beginning. You must take precautions in some sections so slow down. The private sections of beaches are a must see. You don’t know whether to swim, take pictures or just take it all in. If your in PV and brought your walking shoes it’s a must do and see.
The trip starts by a bus stop where all the participants meet with the guide (in my case it was Diego). The group then takes a public bus to the beginning of the hike. You hike, you stop at the beaches. The scenery is pretty. There are also other people who hiked there or took a boat "taxi" there. There were quite a lot of these boats bringing people there and also getting them back. Especially when you are a solo traveller it is a good way to explore with someone who can help in case you need it. At the end the guide lead us into a restaurant by the last beach. I decided not to have lunch there (while everyone else ate there) and explored the beach more and also took a swim. Then I was allowed to take a shower there so I wasn't salty on the way back which was nice. Also the guide was very nice and helpful. Then we took a boat to the beginning of the hike and went back to the original meeting point. In general I would give 4,5 stars.
Super activité qui permet de voir les plages plus excentrées de la ville ! Notre guide Alex a pris le temps de nous faire découvrir la nature. Il est possible de manger a la fin de la visite sur la dernière plage. Je recommande
Very beautiful but I was not able to do the entire hike. We took a water taxi to the last beach and had a great day. We felt well taken care of but this is hike is for people that are in good physical shape with sure footing.
We absolutely had a fantastic time beautiful area. We are definitely coming back. :). The hike was great but very steep hills and rocks to climb over.
