If you're looking for accommodation in the city, I highly recommend SilkRoad Guesthouse. It's a hostel that also offers private double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, featuring furnishings inspired by traditional designs. The staff are incredibly friendly, the property is well-maintained, welcoming, and has parking available. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. A major plus is their direct contact with CBT (Community Based Tourism) Kyrgyzstan, the local association that can support you throughout your entire trip in the country. The hostel is a bit outside the city center, making it ideal especially for those spending just one night in town or for those with their own car. Otherwise, you can easily use taxis, which are very affordable, to reach the main points of interest

I based myself in Naryn for two nights, on either side of my excursion to Kel-Suu. On both occasions, I chose Kezgin Guest House. It's a modern place with private parking, managed by wonderfully young and exceptionally friendly women who are fluent in English – absolutely worth recommending!
