We embarked on a cross-country road trip from the SF Bay Area to Gurney's Montauk on Long Island, NY to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. It was a trip of a lifetime! Our stay at Gurney's Montauk was truly magical - even better than we dreamed of! From the magnificent ocean view and sounds of the waves to the restaurants and ambience, it made for the perfect and relaxing getaway. The best part is it's dog-friendly, too. This enchanting destination will forever hold a special place in my heart.
Feb 2025Absolutely LOVE staying at the dog-friendly Desolation Hotel in South Lake Tahoe. The modern aesthetic is stunning. The Town Home rooms have a full kitchen and even have their own 1-car garages with Tesla and CCS chargers. The hotel is very techy. There's a restaurant on site, and the hotel is also walking distance to Heavenly Village. Can't recommend enough!
Feb 2025Lovely, quiet, and relaxing spot along California's beautiful coast. I love how dog-friendly this hotel is! Our room had a breath-taking view of the ocean and could hear the waves since we were so close. There's one restaurant on site. It's a short drive to Monterey for more food and exploring.
