If you are looking for a hotel with great views of Lake Michigan in Chicago, W Chicago Lakeshore is a great option. As with all hotels under the W brand, you can expect a well designed property with great service. The staff at this hotel was great, and did everything in their power to make our stay great. The one possible downfall of this hotel is that it is not located in the best spot if your goal is to walk around in the more touristy part of downtown. It is definitely possible to walk to places such as the Wrigley Building and the Bean, but it will take longer than if you stay somewhere closer in. Overall, though, I highly recommend staying at the W Chicago Lakeshore.
