The elevators are kind of confusing

Important the coffee maker should be changed to an auto shut off coffee maker. The TV has very bad sound. Important - shower definitely needs a shower no skid mat!!!!!

Security and space

Pool and gym below can get a little noisy from time to time. Game room the other kids staying there not under a lot supervision and they broke the pool table. Another room on second floor adult s were smoking weed on the balcony and screaming one night

closeness to the ski resort, gondola to take us over to the ski area base, free shuttle service.

check in was at 4pm, our room wasnt ready until 5pm.

Front desk person was friendly and helpful. Loved the short gondola ride up to base and operators were always nice. The property felt quiet and secluded while still being "right there". Vacasa transportation worked really well to get us around so we did not have to rent a car. We shipped our skis and there was no problem - they were waiting for us in the lobby.

Very minor - TV- Dish was not working and a bedroom lightbulb was out. Also - directions on how to unlock the stove would be helpful - maybe post on the side of the fridge where there was other information. We found it on-line though.
