Clean and comfortable. Very good value for money. Solid breakfast, conveniently located
Everything was good, as expected
Breakfast was good except for the chicken sausage and "omlette" with American cheese slices instead of actual cheese. That was kind of gross. I eat primarily high protein because I can't tolerate high carb without feeling ill so those were my choices

Noisy, thin walls
Great location, near the beach. It's 15 minutes to Monterey, and the freeway is easy access around the corner. Very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast, not continental.
The entrance to the hotel was a bit confusing.

The hotel itself is fine and is easily accessed by guests who have or hire a car. Apart from breakfast, the hotel follows the standard of other Hampton Inns across California.
I had the impression the staff was not as welcoming and friendly as other Hampton Inns I've been staying here in California (four altogether). Another point to consider is breakfast, which only served cream cheese on my last day there though I've asked the lady in charge for it. Also, the juice could be labelled watery juice, not comparable to other hotels of the same brand.
