1) Since it's a serviced appartments there is no option of breakfast or last minute meal or a vending machine 2) They only clean once a week else you need to pay extra, which is not ok. We stayed for 5 days and the room should have been cleaned at least once

The apartment was so close to both the tram and the train which made exploring the area super accessible. There is also an incredible boulangerie around the corner.

The apartment is part of a 6 story building in the Saint Roch area of Nice. The area is very residential but there are restaurants, supermarkets , bakers just a short walk away. If flying to Nice, the Saint Roch tram stop is just a few minutes away To get from the airport to the tram stop is about 45 minutes. The main 'tourist' areas are either about 25 minute walk or a 10 minute tram ride. The actual apartment itself consists of a studio type set up with the bed and kitchenette area in one room and a reasonably sized bathroom with shower. Communication with the renter was very good prior to arrival. The apartment was exceptionally clean. Plenty of hot water for showers. Quiet at night, no problem with noise from street or other guests. Wifi excellent, TV present but not used, 2 hobs to prepare food if you wish, ( not used), table, chairs, crockery, cutlery, kettle all present. Stayed here for 4 nights in May 2024 and found it a very convenient, comfortable, reasonably priced place to stay.

It appears the French don't drink 'Nescafe' type coffee in the morning :-( as such there were only 2 weeny sized cups, presumably for that Expresso hit. If, like me, you prefer a cup of instant, then you may have to purchase a couple of mugs. Not a complaint, really. Just an observation. Doesn't alter my review of the place.

This is my experience with the apartment: -Clean and comfortable -Felt like home -Big and spacious apartment -Close to city centre about 10min with tram -Located in St.Roch -Very easy to find every thing in Nice -Just take the tram back and forth and youll find small cheap shops at the stops. -I went for a walk in the neighbourhood and found an open food store in a center on a Sunday

the host was really helpful and responsive, and even gave us welcome gifts which we really appreciated! the room and toilet was also spacious, towels and toiletries were provided, and the check in and out processes were simple to understand. the location was also great, as it was a short walk from the tram which is a direct line to the city centre, and there was a good bakery and carefour within short walking distance.

there was not much room to hang dry clothes, but small problem!
