Location, Smart TV, and privacy

Seemed like one staff the entire stay. Waited 15 minutes at front desk no one was there, kept calling out but no one. Finally walked up to the 2nd floor and called out for someone and they finally came down. AC remote did not work and when I called, front desk asked me to come down and pick up batteries. No comforters or blankets, according to front desk, laundry company did not pick up. I had one flat sheet as a blanket. No hand towels, wash cloths, or chain lock on door broken. No lightbulb for bed lamp.

Location of the hotel was pretty convenient; there was restaurants nearby and even a mini mart right across the street too. For all the smokers out there, they also had a smoke shop below the hotel too. There is supposed to be a restaurant underneath the hotel too by the parking lot but it wasnt operational Im assuming because of the typhoon they had not so long ago.

The shower had like half a door with a curtain, had so much water spill out onto the floor. The mini fridge didnt work in our room. Ice machine wasnt working on the second floor and they had a sign poster saying that they werent going to use the ice machine because of COVID? Thats kinda weird since COVID really isnt a huge concern anymore like it was. Vending machine didnt really work either.
