Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Long Beach Airport

The hotel was horrible unclean and the bed very uncomfortable, The staff was great, that was the only saving grace and they did refund the rest of my stay. I was scheduled to stay three nights and only stayed the one because it just felt dirty, shabby and the curtains were wrinkled. I did not want to stay the night at all but was so tired I just did not have it in me to move and find another hotel after working a 12 hour shift at 8:30 at night. l would NEVER ever recommend this hotel.

I really love how the staff is on it... meaning you ask, and you receive.. kuddos to charlie and vanessa for making my stay there very enjoyable. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely go back if need to.

A few times the elevator was dirty inside and there was trash left outside the trash door.

Love this place. stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here when the in town. 10/10 !

The staff was kind when checking in.

Nast, didn’t have any towels in my room upon arrival once I was able to get them they were dingy/dirty as were the sheets. Bathroom toilet nasty inside, tv remote did not work Front desk was closed after a certain time so I was unable to get any service until the next morning. Had to sleep in the chair due to the sheets on the bed. Dirty towels left in the elevator
