Comfort Inn & Suites Great Falls

The young gentleman that checked us inn needs to take a course on attitude when dealing with customers. He treated my wife and I like a couple of old Dummies!!

The breakfast looked good although I didn’t eat anything. The bathroom facilities are dated and need to be renovated. Toilets are too low, I’m sure for many of your customers. For some reason I didn’t qualify for “Reward Points”. I always seem to have trouble when dealing with your reward points.

I always seem to have difficulty with your reward program. It’s not very user friendly and difficult to understand.

Decent breakfast. Loved the bacon.

Didn't have breakfast and the room was bit small

The front desk gentleman didn't seem to appreciate me staying there. He was quick to get us out of the lobby and not very inviting and friendly.

Great location ,value ,great staff too -lots of retail near by for food ,meals ,clothing and much more !

Great breakfast, had the best sleep

Had a problem with the door cards kept failing.

I love staying here, this time though the bed I got was very hard.
