This Hotel met all our expectations and then some, very pleased we chose it and would return in a heartbeat

Not much to dislike

Beautiful property and lovely rooms

Didnt like that they said I could park and then when I was checking out dumped a fee on me.

Location and the hall.

The room is poorly decorated. The bathroom too.

Lovely pool and decor, nice bathroom, really easy to catch the bus from directly outside the hotel

There is building work going on next to the garden rooms - these are also right by the main road, so not quite as relaxing as expected, Im sure staying in the main building of the hotel would be better so double check when you are booking! Only three pillows in the room a little strange for a double. Overall a great place though and would recommend just not necessarily the garden rooms

Plumbing noises, elevator noises, lack of maintainance of some equipments like doors. Lots of mosquitos.

Close to Florence

The electric plugs are not compatible with standard converter plugs for international travellers

It was aesthetically, so beautiful. I had been staying in a very generic hotel prior to this Park Palace has character.

This is a wonderful family and couple friendly hotel. Previously a private home with lovely garden grounds. The staff was very nice, professional and accommodating! The bedrooms were very clean, with pretty decor and the mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was marbled with bath / shower combination with great water pressure! It was one mile within walking distance from the city center. We loved walking on the quaint paths to the Florence city center. The hotel will help you arrange taxi service. There is also a near by bus service. Breakfast was delicious with many options and was open bistro in the after noon and evening. All meals were very good!
