Breakfast and facilities. Very close to the town and beach (10 min walk)

Not a lot to be honest..perhaps breakfast

Took 3 rooms to get one that didn't have a weird smell. The cost was way overpriced..the room we eventually got was half the size of the one we paid for

Great hotel with everything you need. The F&B Manager Soph was exceptional as were his staff. The best breakfast in Southern Thailand for ours! Kig was exceptional looking after us with five star service on front desk. Shes a star!

New, clean, quiet hotel with a good breakfast selection, pleasant roof top pool which was nice and relaxing at night. The tuk-tuk pick up and drop off service to many spots close to the hotel was a very pleasant surprise, especially as this operated on a on call basis with only a short waiting time for other guests.

If you want a beach holiday experience, this isnt it. But the hotels Tuk Tuk will drop you off at the beach and pick you up when youre ready to come back. :)

breakfast had a limited menu but was made fresh daily and enjoyed it.

Item of Breakfast should be more. Location is good, but there is no driveway & reception area does not match with the expectation.

Being the part of Hilton, this hotel should be more specious with more facilities.

Service level is fully matching to Hilton chain level. We get half board and meals were mostly the same, but still you may find good variety of European and Thai dishes. All staff were helpful and professional. For Russian speakers there is a Russian native speaker staff as well. In room there are all necessary essentials with high quality hygienic stuff. Located next to perfect beach Bang Tao, shuttle to beaches and market is available.

Concluding above mentioned, nothing to complain.
