The friendly staff and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very clean and tidy

This is a family owned and operated business. They were all incredibly kind and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean. The location was perfect. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The views were absolutely breathtaking. They were just the nicest people. We are so glad that we chose this hotel. It was such a pleasant experience.

I can't think of a single thing that was unpleasant.

If you want to visit Positano but not have to deal with all the crowds stay in Praiano and catch the bus to Positano for 1.80euro. It is the next town and so charming but quiet Better still stay at hotel holiday and the bus stop is right at your door The views from the bar balcony are wonderful

My husband booked this hotel for the two of us for my birthday, where we stayed for a week. It was our first time on the Amalfi Coast, and the location of the hotel was superb for us, we appreciated the peace and quiet and the minimal tourists in the town compared to other parts of the coast. The terrace and room balcony overlooked stunning views, Antonio made us delicious coffee every morning accompanied by a lovely breakfast of daily fresh bakes, and the hospitality shown by Omar and Marianna was brilliant. They always made us feel at home and were very warm and welcoming. Omar very kindly upgraded our room. The hotel was also very clean, our room was tidied and fresh towels were replaced daily. We rented a car to explore the coast, and the hotel was ideally located in the middle of the Amalfi centre and the much busy attraction of Positano. Even if you don't have a car, there is a bus 2 minutes from the hotel to take you to the locations. We would highly recommend it!

My friends and I stayed here during a trip to the coast and this was my by far our favorite place to stay (We didnt want to leave)! Mariana and Omar are AWESOME and the most welcoming and accommodating people! Our hotel room view was so beautiful and our room was clean and very nice. Very close to the path of the Gods hike startpoint and the SITA bus stop to get to Praiano. The breakfast was SO DELICIOUS and Laura was very hospitable while we were eating!

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The cleaning staff was very nice and had on several occasions both folded and hung up my boyfriends t-shirts that had been on the bed or on the table outside. Breakfast was good as well. A wide selection of cold cuts and pastries. No warm meals. However wide selection of coffees in the bar and breakfast staff was also very nice. Our room was very small but had an amazing view over the sea which made up for the fact that our luggage barely fit in the room. Very nice area in Praiano, close to the path of gods and the bus stops. And only a small walk to everything in Praiano.

I dont think it lives up to a three star hotel. Our shower had fluctuating water temperatures and the water only got warm enough for us on one day. The furnitures are scuffed and the amenities such as soap/shampoo is very limited. The bed is very hard. Our room didnt have functional electric sockets in the wall. The holes were far too small for anything with a never plug to fit. We had a kettle in the room that couldnt plug into the wall sockets. So we had to take out the tv and bed side tables in order to charge our phones. The bathroom had one wall socket that couldnt fit my standard EU Dyson hair tool. All the sockets are old and outdated.

Breakfast was outstanding. Location in Praiano was perfect in terms of access to other villages in the Amalfi, but without the crush of tourists. And Praiano is a very lovely village to visit on its own. Staff at Holiday Hotel were super helpful and friendly. Appreciated the free onsite parking.
