Just the coffee

It was dirty, beds were uncomfortable, the sofa bed was awful it had mat like they use in gyms instead of a mattress.The fridge did not cool .The bathroom was disgusting needs renovation, doors were all scratched. Dirty floors breakfast food was stale.

Had to change room due to loud neighbor. We stayed here earlier in the week and noise was an issue then, too.

Courteous staff, helpful with restaurant recommendations

First thing noticed, welcome mat at front door and just inside looked dirty. Carpet around corners at elevator had an accumulation of dirt, floor of elevator needed mopping. Our room was cleaner.
