Interlaken Apartments

Very easy tp check in and check out, the view was incredible from the top floor apartment with kitchenette where we stayed, the air flow was really nice too (great windows). The shower was nice, all amenities were working and the bed was comfortable. Overall a really great place to stay.

Since we cooked it could have been useful to have some olive oil or spices at the apartment but we went out and got our own so not a huge deal.

Good location, cleanliness, quiet and close to store for food and drink.

When checkout, I can not connect the house owner, although I have told it that my departure time one day before. The even worse is that till now I have not got any communication about check out. This feeling is very bad.

The location is really perfect, near the Interlaken west station and Migros, also close to the bus station. The appartement itself is spacious and clean, with a lovely view outside. You quickly feel at home

The Staff was really really unresponsive. Travelling needs a lot of preparation and i tried to reach the Staff many times, through every existing channel but nothing. I was confused about many points i had no one to answer my questions. i was a the Door of the appartement and still i had no idea what to do to. Fortunately, A nice lady was at the reception and i checked in easily, even earlier than the regular check-in, which we appreciated. But overall, the Team really really needs to work on customer service and responding customers.

Location is convenient.

Staff is absent. Had that was not fulfilled because the staff was absent and would not show up at the property. Very disappointing.

Nice location easy to walk to the train station. The restroom is also good and we can cook too.
