San Lameer Villa 2828 - 3 Bedroom Superior - 6 pax - San Lameer Rental Agency

The location is perfect, ambience, great modern finishes and equipment, within walking distance to the beach and other amenities. Very neat and well maintained Villa. Definitely 10 out of 10. The estate has backup water and inverter ( temp) in the Villa.I was informed that Long term plans for a solar farm are forthcoming, which is very exciting. Will definitely book this Villa again and highly recommend to others wanting value for money. Everything was perfect.

Nothing to fault in this Villa and the Estate as a whole.

Just to clarify-we stayed in a different villa due to there being no water in the estate. I liked the fact that there were TVs and air conditioners in every room, and that we had a view of the river.

The villa we stayed at (even though it was supposedly on the same level and the same price) was far inferior to the one we originally booked. The main bathroom was tiny and moldy, and the villa was just overall older and not as nice as the one we originally booked. In addition, the refund process at San Lameer is antiquated and takes far too long. We went there almost a month ago and still have not received our refund even though we didn't even break a cup.

it was very clean and had all the items we needed

there was no ups or generator . The geyser was off when we arrived and we were not told that it would need to be switched on , resulting in cold showers for the first day of our stay.

The aircons in the rooms

The balcony was terribly small and I was not expecting a long flight of stairs since we had elders with us.kitchen was also very cramped ,I have stayed at bigger places at San lameer this was not expected for superior and I am upset that we didn't have water from Friday evening till Saturday midday but we paid full price ,it could have been discounted since the renter made full profit while we stayed without water ,I was not at all impressed this time around it was horrible, only to get there ND be told on Saturday thT the units in 28 are without water and not even a Jojo tank yet we paid so much.I won't book there again .

Everything about the villa was exceptional. It exceeded my expectations in every way possible. What you see on the photos on Bookings.com is what you get when you arrive at the villa. Me and my family enjoyed every minute of our time there. It was totally worth my time and money. I will definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone I know.

The villa was clean and neat. Felt comfortable as if you were home. The location and the views were awsome. Restful and relaxing weekend. Would definitely recommend this villa and we will certainly book it again
