Staff great. They worked out an early check in for me. Plenty of food and drinks available. Beautiful pool and beach.

There could be a little more selection on the TV and a TV guide The door key was placed in a small folder, they could have pointed out the meal schedules and other information about the hotel was in the folder.

The view from our room was great. The omelet maker was fantastic.

We were suppose to get a 1/2 hr tennis lesson every day and we could only get two lessons in 7 days.

Beach was not busy.

Wifi is not connected well. Probably, it seemed to be lack of Wifi capacity. Anyway, it was very stressful!

Only thing I'd suggest is some kind of vending machine or something to get food after dinner buffet is over. If you're hungry after 945, you're out of luck.

Burgers and Fries at the Pool Grille; Garden of Eden Restaurant; Staff was friendly; Fake Starbucks was good; Bus Stop wasn't too far from the Hotel; Unlimited beverages (granted the majority of it was some type of cheap liquor called "CONCIERGE")

98% of the Liquor is made by a company called CONCIERGE. There is NO NAME BRAND LIQUOR here at all!!! Please BEWARE! Bring your own liquor and beer. The beer is also not name brand. The Buffet Food is HORRIBLE! The Hotel is really old and antiquated

Room cleaning was substandard, restaurants were slow and overall not great food and service was like service at a soup kitchen. Beach towels and room towels were scratching and old, and the hotel says its adults only and there were several children

Friendly staff, great location, great housekeeping. Everything was nice when we returned to our room.

Poor service at the buffet, multiple times no one would come by for coffee,water or drinks. The bars would run out of curtain alcohol. We were told they were only given one bottle of liquor for the night. Music would start from 10pm to 12pm couldnt sleep
