Unacceptable check in time
The hotel, rooms and facilities were clean. The parking was easily accessible and well lit.
We arrived at 14:00 at the hotel, the room was not ready for check in. We came back at 17:00, the room was still not ready for check in. When we came back at 21:00 the room was finally ready. The price for this hotel was a premium price, for a non premium stay.
