Location is very good and Waiblingen is a lovely little town in easy reach of Stuttgart and other attractions. The small hotel gym was surprisingly good.
We requested adjoining rooms well in advance as we are a family of four but these were not provided despite there only being a small number of other people staying at the hotel during our 3 day stay. The woman at reception was unhelpful and sullen.
The hotel cancelled my reservation on the same day of check-in due to an unreasonable reason (overbooking).
I have been called in the same day of checking in at around 5 PM, The hotel cancelled my hotel and rebooked onther one which was not my choice at all. I have been forced to accept it but i will rise this dissatisfaction to the global holiday in group!
