Worst hotel stay ever. Need to be shut down. Dirty, old, raggedy, no breakfast options,phone in room didn't work, hallways and carpets dirty, pull out mattress disgusting, wash towels dirty- looked like they had been used to clean, sheets/ towels thin

Check in was seamless and easy. Rooms were very big and affordable!

I did request late check out and apparently it wasnt noted so I did receive a knock on my door but the gentleman was understanding when I said I asked for late check out.

The location was great for our trip needs.

The pool was closed due to the pump being broken. These things happen but that should have been mentioned in the website. Also, our room did not have any towels or wash clothes. We had to go to the front desk to get them before showering.

It took 30 minutes until my reservation came thru on the hotels end. Staff never answrd the phne at the front desk. The first room tht they gave me, someone had alrdy been in the room. They gave me anthr room with only one bed whn my reservation was for

2 beds. There were no bath towels, face towels, wash clothes in the room which I had to go to the front desk to get thm. Staff gave me towels jus as is not folded or anythng. My stay wasnt a good stay at all.
