Great surrounding, quiet but with...
Staff , Leila, who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Although we arrived much earlier than the check-in time, there were rooms (with mountain view) ready for us. Certainly a great help for us to refresh ourselves
Information about bus other than Bus 21 was not made available to us and therefore we struggled to get to hotel from Salzuburg Hbf. FYI, bus no 23 could also get us to places we wanted to. We used bus 23 more than bus 21

The service staffs were helpful, showing us the places to visit and how to go about with the public transport. And pleasantly surprised to be told that public tpt was free with the tourist tax

This our second time at this hotel; the receptionist was very friendly (eventhough we arrived minutes before 22:00!). As expected the rooms were clean and neat, the bed was really comfy and we got a great night sleep. Should we come to Salzburg again, this is our place to stay!
