Location, room.
Everywhere in Australia the breakfast is more English breakfast (fried ham, warm potatoes, fried tomatoes, sausages etc) and Chinese bfast. You should think more of European travellers who like a bigger selection of ham , salami, more cheese.
I did not eat breakfast (although I had paid for it) as, if the rooms were anything to go on, the breakfast was not going to be good and I was not going to risk eating it.
In my view the room furnishings are old and in desperate need to replacement. The room / curtains/ carpets seemed to me to be in need of serious cleaning, preferably replacement.
