B&B Il Cavaliere Tropea

We've really loved the location and atmosphere in the hotel. You can feel the home atmosphere everywhere. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Great location only two miles out and four minutes on the train from Tropea itself. The staff were great and really helpful and informative. The breakfast selection was good and the dinner options looked great although sadly we were only there for one night so didnt get to try dinner as we were in town. The pool was great!

Room was big, clean and comfortable, great variety for breakfast!

Pool was nice and breakfast was quite good. Room (even with lot of issues) was clean. B&B located close to train station.

No wifi in economy rooms/building (even though there was supposed to be according description in booking.com), bed and pillows were extremely hard, shower was awful and even dangerous: you either got boiling hot or cold water, nothing in between. No hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels and no shelves for shampoo etc. in the shower, wardrobe's doors were stuck. Terrace was a joint terrace and located beside the buildings front door. I would not recommend to book, at least not an economy room! I think they are using description of better rooms (in the main building) also to describe economy rooms = false information.

The swimming pool was a good size and a welcome in the warm climate particularly given accommodation is described as a B&B

although staff were very accommodating and friendly felt to give a more professional image a dress code could be introduced, particularly staff serving food .
