The facilities were spacious with splenty of cupboard/ drawer space in both the kitchen and bedroom. Kitchen facilites were good

Heating was very poor. The heater was high up in living room with high ceilings well away from the bedroom making it very hard to heat the bedroom. The bed sagged toward the middle. Overall not maintained

Spacious, clean and obviously has been recently refurbished. It seems the whole complex may have recently changed hands and a lot of renovations are happening. Nevertheless our apartment was perfect for our needs.

Large sized apartments!

Ageing apartments. Dated kitchens, old electric benchtop stoves, dated bathrooms and tap fittings etc. Extensive scaffolding and works all over property. Garden cuttings left everywhere. Tripping hazards.

Location, clean, lovely place

Construction bits and pieces were laying about. Owners did apologise though

At the moment they are renovating so quite a mess so nothing to like

Very dated. Heating didnt work in lounge

Self contained apartment was good so we could prepare our own meals. Lovely hot water for the shower. Air conditioning unit heated the apartment efficiently.

Repairs were needed. There was a hole in the bathroom door, carpet was wrinkled (trip hazard). Roofing works outside resulted in roofing screws and rivets scattered around the car park.
