Love the indoor pool, excellent breakfast, popcorn and coffee twenty four seven and the location is great
Nothing really. Some rooms could use a little updating but it seems they are working on that.
Our favorite was the pool, and movie by the pool.
The bathrooms were very humid and muggy!
Nothing! It was the worst experience I have ever had.
The room was horrible, with dirty floors and a peeling bathroom door. The breakfast was also terrible. The hotel was renovating some rooms, but unfortunately, mine was not one of them. I had paid for a Sunday to Wednesday stay but checked out early due to the hammering and grinding from the renovations. When asked about my experience, I gave a rating of one. The manager then ttexted me and asked me to explain my reasons for the low rating. I informed her of my concerns. She offered to move me to a different room but also explained that the renovations were being conducted on all the floors. When I told her I was glad to be checking out the next day, (Wednesday) she then just told me safe travels. I ended up cutting my trip a day short and left on Tuesday.
Beautiful place, nicely decorated and very clean. The pool was beautiful ! Had a lot of fun
