Fridge did not work, microwave did not work a/c did not work

The location is great. Room was clean.

The staff complicated the process and check was not smooth. Took at least 45 mins to get settled in room. When arrived no one was at desk for at least 15 mins.

The woman at the front desk was very kind.

The room was absolutely disgusting. I believe there was mouse feces on the floor. Hair, crumbs, dirt on the floor in the living areas and the bathroom was even worse.

It was a smoking hotel

Room was dirty. Heat was loud mattresses uncomfortable, stain in the tub

The beds were comfortable

The beds were made but pillows weren't and had wrinkles, there were ashes and weed stems on every dresser, all lightbulbs but one were missing, no trash can in the room. Asked for a changed room or refund and was denied.

Refrigerator in room did not work! No ice machine on site that work

Nothing.

The lobby seating looked like school cafeteria seating. When we got to our room, the headboards were scratched up, the bed was on a metal platform, the bathroom was yuck. Maybe it was me, I've been in Quality Inn in my home state and this was more motel

The price for the stay was appropriate for the level of quality the room was & it was close to the convention center.

Our 1st room had problems with the toilet that didnt flush & a TV that didnt work at all. Then the staff transferred us to next door. The door to the bathroom dragged against the ground, making it hard to close. Their breakfast was not appetizing at all

TV did not work. Had to replace TV the next day. Telephone did not work. Room was too cool. Could not adjust heat. Refrigerator froze any food put into it.
