Being right on the green line, it was easy to get in and out of the city. As well being able to park there allowed us not to have to take the car all the time.
The pipes in the bathroom were a little mucky, looking around the showerhead.
The bed is very comfortable and clean.
The doors could be more secure.
Fantastic location for our hospital needs. Loved our room on the 1st floor: spacious, with high ceiling, very comfy beds, extra blankets, great bathroom, lots of towels. A small breakfast was served in the morning with lots of Keurig coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful with local recommendations (went to Barcelona for tapas dinner).
Got a little noisy in the morning, but that's understandable, as our room was right next to the breakfast spot.
Breakfast is free, basically chips and protein bars. Location is great, near subway and bluebike station. Starmarket 300m away.
It was a little bit cold at night, and there is sound of the warming system i guess which is a little bit noisy.
Breakfast: cereal choices were good. Lactaid brand milk was very appreciated. Delilah was kind enough to carry our bags upstairs while we negotiated the staircase. The housekeeper was kind enough and carried our bags downstairs since there was no desk person at checkout time. It was clean and insect free. The TV was a nice size.
1. No one was there when we arrived. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours after check in time to get into a room. 2. We had booked room #2 a month in advance, confirmed that we would be getting room #2 a week before, and when we arrived were told that the room was still occupied. We chose this room because we have a hard time walking up stairs, and mentioned this when booking the room and confirming the room. 3. We were unable to speak to any managers or owners. On Sunday, the desk girl showed up at 4:30 pm and told us no managers were working or answering the phone. On Monday the desk girl told us at 10:30 am, the manager was at a meeting. At 11:15 am the manager was at another meeting. She then told me she"d take my name and telephone number to have the manager and owner call me back. I never heard from either of them. Who is running this place? 4. The TV did not receive broadcast TV. 5. The bed was not straightened out in the morning, though the bathroom was.
