Everything was amazing except for annoying guests leaving towels on sunbeams and coming back after hours and staff not removing those.

Although there are clear signs that the hotel does not allow sunbeds reservations through leaving towels they do not remove them even when they have been laying there for hours. Especially annoying on rooftop where there is not that many sunbeds

Amazing facilities and breakfast with internal pool at great temperature. Service was great too and extremely attentive. Reminds me of the service provided in Asia which is extremely good! Also inside pool at no extra fee (which is not clear on the website). Sites mainly refer to the pool inside the spa which incurs an additional fee.

Lovely property but it does feel a bit soulless on 2nd floor. swimming area and breakfast restaurant made up for this as it had a more lively atmosphere. I dont think it was clear that there is an additional swimming pool inside (so two if we count the one in the spa area, for an additional fee). This should have been made clearer as I almost cancelled the booking as I thought no other inside pools were available to guests during the cold weather.

The location was excellent. The staff very accomplished and all spoke excellent English.

Its definitely very nice hotel with amazing views and pools, food is also exceptional and overall when its comes to facilities its 5 star hotel. However, if you are expecting also 5 star hotel service - forget about that.

I have never experienced such a bad staff and service in 5 star hotel as here. Most of them behave like you bother them when you need something, you have to wait a long time for everything. At breakfast if you arrive around 9am you can expect to queue even 20 minutes - even though the restaurant is empty. This morning I ordered a tea at breakfast, it took the waiter 15 min to bring the tea and he forgot the cup for which I was waiting another 15 minutes. If you want to order something by pool, you have to literally chase them. Lastly, I informed the hotel its my partners birthday and I asked them to prepare bottle of champagne or some balloons which I will pay for. We arrived and there was of course nothing. We requested upgrade that we paid for and we were moved from bigger room on 14th floor to smaller room on 15th floor and when I compare the photos of the upgrade we were given I saw that it was wrong. We were charged for upgrade that didnt happen, but the lady at reception was overall very confused.
