Ac didn’t work, front desk staff was extremely rude, refused to switch rooms or resolve, room temp was over 83 degrees

Close to casino and jitney bus right across the street. Breakfast was OK.

Broken shower chair and water from the shower leaks onto half of the bathroom floor because there is no separation between the shower floor and the bathroom floor.. Lumpy mattress .was very uncomfortable

Blood on concrete outside, no one is ever at check in desk when you need to check in or out, homeless people sleep on stairwells and random entrances, bathroom door had hole on it: second time I’ve stayed here and got my credit card hacked
