The cleaning lady was very polite and helpful.

There s a list of the things i didn t like! In the shower, you get waterdrops from the ceiling(from the upper room!) The Hugo cocktail at the bar is made with vine from a plastic recipient, the lowest category of "made" vine, when asked why isn t it prosseco as mentioned in the menu, the lady s answer was: that s how we make it here. We don t have prosecco. I asked why don t they tell when we ordered,she said, it s not us who make the menu! No complaint registry was given to us when asked. The breakfast was basic ...no variety. The swimming pool old and the water full of leaves and flower remains from the tees. The standard rooms very noisy (facing a busy road) Would not recommend!

Location was great! We stayed in rooms with balcony, wonderful views. Rooms were clean.

The breakfast was not the best, property is outdated and they use sulfurous hot water which is a little unpleasant.

It was a very bad experience. The hotel facilities are very dilapidated, and the wifi network cannot be used. The hotel's tap water has a foul smell. This environment is really sorry for the four-star standard.

No sauna

Location is great, close to public transport. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was quite decent

The internet connection was quite slow, tv signal also weak.
