Lied and said there was smoking, I smoke so yes I smell and it makes other things smell, staff was VERY VERY rude and made nasty comments. I will not send any friends or family. Also - if your smoke alarms worked don’t you think they would have went off?
The facility needs to be renovated. It smells old. I had to spray my Lysol. The ceiling coming down in the restroom. It needs some work. Or should I say it needs to torn down and rebuilt.

My keys stopped working every day. And when I checked out. I left my jacket in the closet. I called back to tell them. And they sad it wasn’t there
Rooms are clean. We had plenty of towels and that isn't normal. Front help was kind friendly and patient both upon arrival and departure.
