The hotel was a huge let down.. it took me long to recover from the stress and disappointment I experienced during my stay. We were supposed to spend 5 days at this place but barely managed to stay for 48hrs, all because we had to wait for the rest of the group to arrive from abroad so we decide what to do. Rooms are absolutely filthy, bathrooms too, the pool is disgusting, i witnessed how the cleaners swept the dirt from the side into it.. beds are incredibly uncomfortable, i was in my 6th month of pregnancy and it took me nearly a month to recover from the pain i was left with for 48 hrs. We had a handy man come to change our shower head and he ended up shouting at me and saying no one made you come here It says it is first line to the beach but not, there are 200 steps to and from it.. there is another path as well which is about 3-4km walk with no sidewalks at all. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, receptionists were super super rude, restaurant and bar staff acted like they were on a holiday, would smoke on the balcony in front of us while we had our food with children on the tables... food is average, dont expect taste.. only thing I regret is that I didnt take any pictures but that was the last thing on my mind after the tiring walks to and from the beach since we couldnt stay at the pool.. there are many other things to say, but writing more about it makes me remember the traumatic experience. We had to complain to Booking in order to get a refund for the rest of the stay, thankfully the owner was there and agreed to it. To be what it is explained in the ad, the hotel needs full renovation and a change of staff and management!! Until then, avoid it at any cost!!!

cleaning is low specially the bathroom
