Smart hotel, very clean, nice room and friendly staff. Parking on site.
A bit out of the way, nothing around so had to eat at hotel; pizza was very good though. Expensive for what it was.

Staff were rude and discourteous. On booking.com standard room with option 2 of twin room was requested. Followed up twin room request with message to hotel. Response received advised twin room would be allocated if available on check in . On check-in staff very rude and advised a twin room had not been booked and refused to acknowledge messages advising if a twin room was required that is what should have been booked, even though that was the option selected when booking but room confirmation is not displayed that way, as observed on booking.com on multiple occasions, hence the follow-up messages. Staff were incredibly rude on check-in. Not something welcomed after an 8 hour drive. Bathroom also not wiped down.
