Friendly stuff, clean and comfortable room, double sink and large shower, option to have jaccuzi on the rooftop with a view of the old city and port, welcome drinks

In the middle of Palma with a great team!

the service was amazing and everyone tried to make us feel welcome! very nice rooms!

unfortunately the ac was turned off and the heater on which made it rather warm in the room

If I ever go back to Mallorca there is no doubt I will stay at the BO Hotel.

Ideal location in Old Town and a short walk to many fabulous restaurants and bars and even an authentic jazz club. There was a well maintained 20 km bike path two blocks away along the Mediterranean. Breakfasts were more than adequate and I had two very good dinners at the Ritzi, the Italian restaurant that is part of the hotel. The staff was delightful, charming, and always quite helpful. The room was a decent size with a number of cool art deco touches. The bathroom was great. Excellent WiFi in the room.

A small gym would have been nice.
