Twyne House Apartments

Apartment was cleaned and had all the necessities. Security system was very good and building was very safe. Restaurants and groceries are available within the walking distance.

They charge GBP500 as cash deposit. I think GBP 200 should be sufficient. Having said that they have refunded the amount on our check out time.

Location was good for me.

The check in and out procedures are very bizarre the staff are just dudes who are only there if you call them on their private phones. Theyre dressed strangely as if theyre going to the supermarket on a Sunday, the demand of 500/ upon check in is weird and it will catch you off guard (despite being on fine print at their page on booking, no invoice is given they just write 500 deposit on your check in print.

benches need to be replaced, they are really not comfortable

Apartment was neat & clean

Corridors was stinky, needs to be cleaned and ventilated.

Its location

The apartment was to hot, the entrance hall and lift was stifling hot and uncomfortable

Amenities were quite good. Room M2 was quite okay, with a spacious living room. newly furbished bathroom. The location was perfect.

Elevator would be good.
