Good location. Nice breakfast.

A horrible experience unfortunately: dirty bed with hair, that was changed when I showed it; a man knocked on the door and came into the room, before I had a chance to answer; there was ice cold in the room, and the heater did not work. When I asked the front desk to fix it they said there was a problem with it and it would take time to fix, so they put me in a different room. This room was bigger and warm; when I drew the curtains however, there were mens sexy underwear lying there! Front desk Staff were friendly and polite, but did not seem surprised and offered nothing to recompensate. They said they would check if I would have to pay the nights I had booked as I checked out immediately and found a different hotel. The manager refused to get on the phone but via staff said they would refund if I left a positive review. Which I refused to do. Quite shocking lack of service and customer care.

Loved the thoughtful boutique decor, very comfortable room. Amazing location in city centre. I liked the middle eastern options for breakfast. Friendly reception/breakfast staff.

Breakfast: need to have more options like cereal and boiled eggs ( my brother) Room: Need to have a office desk and chair, no fridge in room as well. Bathtub plug for stuck, tiles need regrouting.
