Ocean Eden Bay - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Our vacation at the Ocean Eden Bay resort was absolutely fabulous. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. From the room to all the excursions available, and the show at the Senses theater, everything was top notch. We truly enjoyed it.

I would have liked a faster response time from the staff when we requested replacement items.

The hotel is beautiful, brand new, clean with tons of facilities, restaurants, bars and overall options. The rooms were also beautiful. The vast majority of the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Overall great experience.

2 restaurants we needed to make reservations were worst restaurants.Took forever for water,drinks,food to be served.No room service coffee.Coffee tough find overall. Wi-Fi was spotty. Pool & restaurants loud. Quiet dining scarce. Dress code inconsistent.

The beach front and pool. Also the staff was polite.

Didnt like the location as much. The food was not good. It would be nice to offer airport pickup through the hotel even if you didnt book through the hotel. We had a group of 18 booked multiple ways/we couldve all had transport together.

Needed to wear shoes in the ocean was a bit rocky

First I loved the room service options. I loved the in room garden suite room I had. The pool, The pineapple ginger juice. All in all a relaxing vibe for first-time jamaica trip

slow or no room service, Idk if the messages were going through to the kitchen. cups around the area.. Club definitely could play better music(we are in Jamaica) Nothing too serious for me

Staff and food

Water was going from cold to hot. One of our sinks didn't work. The power cut off and on a few times. We didn't have a swing which was part of the amenities that we did want.

The Staff was above and beyond. They were Amazing. Felt like Blessed Family the Whole Stay. One of main reasons to return would be the staff
