Its time for an update!

The place is simply amazing and beautiful (the tranquility, the views, and the atmosphere in the area are simply worth every moment).

Breakfast was not included during our hotel stay and the prices are quite expensive in the hotel restaurants, but you can manage because there are plenty of places to go to in the central area, either a minute's drive or a walk away.

Location was good for day trips. Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable and a great stop after 12 hours + traveling.

Pool and hot tubs were great after a long drive. Location is convenient to the small town and its shops and few restaurants.

Pillows were worn out. The pub was closed and the restaurant did not offer the breakfast buffet that it advertises, and the a la carte breakfast was not good. The room is dated and lacks sufficient lighting. The one and only ice machine was far from our room and dispensed only shaved ice (which melts super fast).

room was good with windows that opened for fresh air, a nice change. bathroom quite small which was disappointing for 2 adults use, we ate in the restaurant only once, a little disappointing and a tad overpriced but a lovely location and pleasant staff. The location was superb. Easy walking distance to variety of interesting spots. Front desk very helpful and the property's committment to sustainability appreciated very much. we would stay there again

Good location if you want togo to Lake Louise in the morning before the crowds. Friendly staff. Great entrance hall in the main building.

Everything is old, I would say most likely from the 70s. Since then the owners just took the money and did not invest much back. I dont want to know what kind of dirt is in the old carpet. The rooms are beyond small- if you are more than 2 people you will not be able to move less put your bag on the floor. No fridge or microwave in the rooms ( there might be a microwave in the central build, but who wants to run there in the early morning) You can hear every noise from the neighbors around you (we were wondering why ear plugs were provided in the rooms). Breakfast just a la carte.

Very impressed with Lake Louise Inn from the moment we arrived to the huge, impressive reception foyer! Given a choice of rooms & opted to stay in a block close to the main building which was lovely.

The pool area was closed for maintenance while we were there but probably wouldnt have used it anyway! A bit of waiting in Legends restaurant at busy times but staff were attentive & helpful.
