The staff were very nice!! The valets were fantastic and very friendly!
The room was almost on a ?forgotten? floor, it was dirty and smelled of mold and dampness. There was plaster missing in the entry lobby and it was just a let down from the other parts of the beautiful hotel!
Close to Ballpark
No shuttle service, long wait for elevator.
This was a horrible experience. We stayed here to celebrate a birthday and we were very disappointed. The hotel room and the hallway by the elevator had fleas. The room was incredibly small. Parking was $48 and took a long time.
Room very small, shower was tiny. It felt like a 2 star hotel and it was very old.

the phone was inoperable, the water was shut off without notification, the toilet did not flush well, and the elevators were rickety.
I have stayed here before it is beautiful! The people at the front desk were amazing, the door people were amazing, the Concierge was amazing! I love my room and the food at the restaurant plus the waitress and wait staff went above and beyond!

The hotel personnel were totally ignorant, after I checked out the front desk charged me 3times the amount that was agreed on at the time of purchase, the amount on the printed receipt was not the same amount that I agreed to pay, a bunch of thieves
