Rooms are smaller than shown in pictures. Luminosity is low and carpeting is old and health risk.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

Internet connection requires improvement, as it fluctuates heavily.

The airport shuttle service was excellent both ways . The location was nice and within walking distance of a lot of happening cafes and restuarants.

Room was too tiny and suffocating. Balcony a farce. Entry into and out of hotel in a car terribly tight and time wasting and hotel staff allow others to park and restrict already narrow space. Offered facility of tumble dry ( naturally incl washing) not even known to staff or GM , but after my expressing disappointment hotel GM was kind to allow the service and it was promptly done.But this could have been easier done by just empowering his own Manager instead of prolonging the matter and making a guest feel like he was asking something wrong. On checking in both their machines were not working hence my own practice of paying in advance had to be postponed , which is inconvenient to me, as I prefer in such cities to keep my cards and cash in a locker and not carry them around. Also at reception, it is strange that two people are standng , but one is just a helper and cannot even take a payment. V little privacy to have even a one on one business chat in the coffee shop.

The restaurant, its staff and food is very good Bed was comfortable Good wifi Not expensive

-My room was very noisy opposite restaurants. The sliding door to the street did not lock so it did not feel secure (someone could get in). I asked to change room, which they reluctantly agreed to, implying it was my fault I did not like these things (I had asked for a quiet room beforehand) -Given the security situation in Addis, I did not find the hotel very secure. People come in from outside easily to use the downstairs caf, which is very busy with non hotel guests as it is open air onto the street. Anyone can go in the lifts to the bedrooms (no need for card access) so I did not feel very safe as a female on my own going to my room

Due to traveling and no sleep for a couple of days, i was very tired arriving at the hotel. Beatrize saw it straight away, and let me get a room around 10am, so that i could throw myself into bed, and get that much needed sleep. Thanks a lot Beatrize, it meant the world to me! Generally friendly staff, and the hotel is located right in the center of Bole, with lounges, shops, cafes, and all the rest of it in close proximity
