Dear Hampton-Team, thank you for your service in the last 6 days during my vacation. Unfortunately my bill is still not correct and you didn't answer since one week. You promised to reply via mail to this issue. On the phone I couldn't get any help. I loved to pay my stay of 6 days. We paid quickly, completely and as you wished for with a "caution" for destroyed or lost things of course. On top you billed 90 $ for "smoking in the room". This has never happened. I smoked outside as you know, also at night of course, like the video recording shows to you. I collected the cigarette-filters to get them cold and safe. I threw them into the trash of my room because there was no ash tray outside. One filter I put into a bottle of a drink I had outside and took it up to my room. This bottle I put beside the trash bucket before I left my room. I trusted in this is a regular process. I never let my trash outside on the roads or in a garden or elsewhere in public. I also don't threw cigarette-filters into the flower-cube in your garden or the decoration-plates outside on the table like other people did. You can see the dirty area outside, where other people smoked and dropped their smoking trash there. I took my trash upstairs with me to care for a clean, safe environment and because I respect your rules. You said on the telephone you have any photos of the trash. These photos never reached me. Please send again to my mail adress you have in your systems. Please send back the 90 $ because this procedure is not plausible. Of course my lawyer is getting a copy of all of this. I really like the location of the hotel and how peaceful everything was. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. I felt very safe.

Something that was a struggle was one of the elevators was out of order so it was more difficult to go down to the lobby and back up to our room as it would take a long time for the elevator to get down.

Location was perfect for what we needed with close proximity to restaurants and gas station. We found the overall location very pleasant.

Great rooms, breakfast, and friendly staff.
