Great accommodation in the centre of Strasbourg, friendly staff, great breakfast, private parking, free water, tea and coffee throughout the stay; sights, shops and restaurants practically around the corner. Warmly recommended.

The main hall is renewed and offers free water and coffe. The bar clerk was very friendly. Very pratical location
FAR FROM A 4 STAR !!!!! The beauding is very old and it is not renewed, from the outside looks like an abandonned beauding. Besides the hall, the rest of the structure is at least 70 yo, the elavator doesnt fit more than 4.. They didnt do a proper renovation at all! The pictures doesnt show the reality. They simply put some colorful paint on the walls and some forniture but the hallways and the rooms have very old walls, doors and windows. The bathroom is compatible with a 2 star grade, old pipes and no filter on the drains… there was a spider living on the bathtube coming out once in a while! Pipes and electrical wires are exposed in the hallways and are very noisy.. we could hear a kind of vibration from a electrical box outside our wall every 30 sec. though the whole night! The carpet is FILTHY! You can feel the dust in your toes if you walk shoeless. Really needs a undergrading! Make up furniture and nice angled pictures do deceive the clients! At check in, the try to give an “upgrade” to the Júnior Suite and when we got there was smaller than the suite we booked.. there is less than a foot from the bed to the walls, if you like to open your luggage on the floor you would have to jump it to walk around… another way of deceiving the client.. trying to give a tighter room! Happy Coulture should be ashamed!
