I didn’t like nothing about this property, I made reservations Thursday morning ! when I arrived at check in the front desk guess told me that my reservation was canceled I asked them how was my reservation canceled when I was suppose to pay at the property I was never notified about my reservation being canceled and I was pissed. Per the front desk staff the owner canceled my reservation and that was some bullshit. I’ll never book with them again and will be reporting this shit to the corporate office because me and my family didn’t have a place to lay our head and we were on vacation also They didn’t have another room to put us in. I asked for the manager couldn’t see a manager and I ask for the corporate number the front desk staff couldn’t provide me with the number. So unprofessional!!!!!!
The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Since the hotel was not serving breakfast, she gave good recommendation for a restaurant.
My only complaint was the lack of the Continental breakfast that I was expecting. There was a coffee maker in the lobby, and that was it. The staff said that renovations were supposed to have been made had not been finished as the days inn had lost licens
The hotel was near everything. It was very clean and the owner oh my she was everything and more. I definitely recommend and will be back for another visit soon. All of the employees were nice and helpful when needed.
