Arallt Holiday Cottage

Sharon and Vince were excellent hosts making sure everything was ready for us. They were so friendly and helpful with our queries. We were greeted with a welcome tray of organic veggies, milk and their homemade jam. What a treat! There was a fully equipped kitchen and a comfy lounge to relax. Everything was so clean. The location is so beautiful with views across to the sea. A lovely little garden of flowers where you can sit looking over the countryside. If you walk up the hill a little way you can catch the sunset. The scenery is a little piece of heaven on earth; green fields with sheep and cows grazing, hedgerow flowers, purple heather and slate coloured hills against the blue sky. A friendly local community run shop down the hill is a short walk away. There are so many different places on the peninsula and within easy reach both for walks and by car. It's also only half an hours drive to Portmadog where we had a ride on the Ffestiniog railway. There are so many places we didn't have time to visit so we will be back. We had mostly warm sunny days but even if it had been cloudy or rainy we would have felt cosy and warm in this lovely cottage.

The welcome pack was gratefully received. The facilities were exactly what we wanted. The views from the cottage were superb!

Nothing, other than the fact that we had to leave!

The location was very peaceful and not far from Pwllheli. The cottage was very clean with exceptionally comfortable beds.
