The Poet Hotel

Nicely decced out, feels brand new Crisp and clean Nice lounge area in the lobby

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, I was unwell and it would have made the world of difference to have a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea

The front desk staff at the hotel is exceptional. The lovely lady, her name started with an O, and she was absolutely amazing. The room, the location was everything we wanted. Thank you so much Literally everything about it.

We LOVED the property

The Poet is super convenient to the Train Station. Since we were constantly using the train to visit the 5 Terre, that was really nice! We were also close to shopping, restaurants, and bars. The neighborhood felt safe even at night and our balcony was nice! I also want to add that I was a bit nervous due to the reports of bed bugs, but we absolutely did not have any and checked incredibly thoroughly. If youre on the fence, book it. We had a lot of fun!

I do wish theyd had a larger elevator, so we didnt have to take turns moving our large luggage. Besides that, everything was great and we mostly used the gorgeous staircase

Nice, delicious breakfast and beautiful large rooms. The hotel is nice and interesting to look at and in a great location to the historic center and train stations.

On our second day, the staff in the breakfast rooms was a little understaffed resulting in a lot of dirty dishes on tables. However this was only a minor inconvenience and did not repeat.

Poet hotel, was exquisite place. It is near to train station as well to the peer. We walked everywhere. The staff was excellent as well at breakfast. The hotel is clean, rooms, bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, we have received a quite room that was great. Thank you for your excellent service and hospitality

Location is excellent, although looking from the outside the hotel does not call the attention, it is quite confortable both the lobby and the room.

Not that I did not like but the breakfast could be improved with some additional items such as cheeses and different choices of eggs, scrambled, boiled, etc.
