outstanding. so nice and beautiful, clean. We love it.

This is a beautiful flat in a great location just outside the city center bustle. The flat was quiet and very roomy with stunning character features and the most amazing nightime view of the castle and Calton hill. All the amenities and a charming landlord! We loved it here and wish we could have stayed longer.

The lounge room was nice and bright and the shower/bathroom was a nice size and the place was very clean. The property were very responsive when we couldnt get the key out of the locked keypad as Booking.com gave us an old code to use, but it was resolved quickly. About a 25min walk uphill to town or its close to a bus stop. Overall it was pleasant.

The beds in the second room were childrens beds. Very small and not the comfiest, the duvets were just as small and cos the room got cold with so many windows in that room I did find it cold during the night, and the heating was slightly tricky to work, it was on a timer which I didnt realise.

Great location, close to the city with a cafe at the end of the road, and great views of Edinburgh. Really nice living room, nice big shower. Overall very comfy!

We weren't sure if there was WIFI. The beds in the second room were small for adults - but intended for children and still comfortable

amazing location furniture and decor

- initial contact with management company was poor (but they were very helpful once we arrived) - no welcome pack (instructions, etc) - had to call to find out where the router was, didnt know how to use heating - no batteries in tv remote control - some crockery was dirty - cooker only worked on one setting - shower drained very slowly improvements: - mirrors in bedrooms - dressing table in bemoan bedroom

Great location, laundry nice and clean. Stylish interior in a beautiful building.

No dishwasher as stated in facilities, no contact from management team. (3 people emailed and texted). Crockery had personal names on so giving impression you're staying in someone's home. No bath mat so bathroom floor got soaking when taking a shower.
