I loved the location of the hotel as it was close to the Tanger Outlet Stores. The room was very nice and overlooked the pool and lake. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with "Dove" products. I loved the variety of choices for breakfast.

I didn't like getting charge before my actual arrival and check-in time. The pillows were somewhat hard which made it difficulty to get comfortable for a restful night of sleep. Despite being convenient to different things, I didn't like that it was located behind a restaurant in a somewhat secluded area.

good beds and clean room was very appreciated. staff was very friendly.

Hotel was quite worn down. breakfast was really poor with poor viarity. only waffles was good. worst was that the hotel management has chosen to use plastic plates, fork, knife and spoon -NOT very environmental friendly and not a good experience. value for money is low in my oppinion

Close to the airport and short drive to restaurants.

Rusty hinges in bathroom, uncomfortable pillows, batteries dead in thermostat, hard boiled eggs had been sitting in water too long and were rubbery.

Everything was great down to breakfast
